Power Outrage   SOLD!!!!

Power Outrage is a beautiful 15.1+h, 4 year old, black gelding with a star.  There are black horses and then there are pretty, eye-catching black horses like him!  He has an AWESOME smooth as silk gait that can carry you all day.  At a flat & running walk, he will walk & shake his head, but if you want to pick it up even more, he has a super smooth fast racking gait even faster than his running walk.  He has been trail ridden and is proving to be a smart, sensible trail mount.  He doesn't offer to spook, but simply walks wide of something he may not be sure of.   He will clip, bathe, stand tied or crosstied for hours on end quietly, quiet for tacking & grooming, He has excellent ground manners.  This handsome gelding likes to be pet on and enjoys attention.  He would probably be best suited for an advanced beginner to intermediate rider as he does have some motor and is not a complete dead head.  He will walk quietly on a light rein and you don't have to pull on him, but he will move out easily with a simple cluck.   He is by Powered By Generator and out of a direct Coin's Hard Cash mare, he's bred to walk natural!!  SOLD!!!! Power Outrage has been SOLD and is going to Indiana to field trial with Mike!!! Congratulations & Thank you!!!

Gen's Star Burst (Pride's Generator x direct Sun Delight D mare)
  SOLD!!!!

(yes, I was being a goofball)

Gen's Star Burst is a 13 year young, 15h mare directly by the great sire Pride's Generator.  This gorgeous mare has an IMPECCABLE pedigree!  Her dam is by WGC Sun's Delight D, and 2ncd dam is by WGC Go Boy's Shadow.   Wow - outstanding old blood in the first couple generations - you don't hardly find that anymore.  Starburst is a good riding mare also.  She was one of our Plantation show horses when she was 2 & 3, then retired into the broodmare band.   We have also used her from time to time for trail riding.  She is calm & safe for most any rider.  This past summer we used her for a woman who had never ridden before - who had MS.  She literally sat up there and gave Starburst the commands "go left, go right" knowing nothing of how to steer or guide.  After a few minutes of instruction, she rode Starburst on a 5 hour trail ride and had the time of her life!!  Starburst carefully took care of her novice rider.  She has has several nice foals, is a good mother, easy breeder, & easy foaler with good milk.    Starburst is easy to handle, stands well for grooming & tacking, no vices.  She  will gait along easily if you like, or just dogwalk slow for an easy going ride.   I have stood on her back, rode backwards, sideways.... she never cares.  She has always had the best of care, we have owned her since she was a yearling.  Top nutrition, always UTD on vaccinations & worming, no vices, never coliced, foundered, or had any health issues.  100% healthy & sound.  A really nice mare at a reasonable price $2500   I have too many mares and need to make room for new foal arrivals this spring.  SOLD!!!

Influenced By Jose   SOLD!!!!!

       Pictured Barefoot!!

WOW!  This drop dead gorgeous strawberry roan mare with white mane & tail and lots of chrome has it all.... Looks, AMAZING pedigree, and can walk and shake too!  She is a 15.3+h, 3 year old mare.  She comes from a line of tall horses and every member of her family has matured well over 16h, I don't doubt she will too.  This beautiful girl was started in professional training in September of 2009, and has a good way of going.   She can walk & shake barefoot, no special shoeing or tricks.  We have also been trail riding her as well.  She has good ground manners, stands quietly in the crossties for grooming, tacking, clipping, bathing, etc.  She will stand quietly for mounting & dismounting, loads & hauls well.   She is friendly and loves to be pet on and loved.   She will follow you around like a puppy.   We have ridden Influenced on the trails of Central & Eastern KY, she is a TOTALLY SOLID CITIZEN.  She loves to trail ride.  Even on her first big ride she NEVER boogered!  She has been exposed jumping up deer (and playing in the water with Canadian geese!) , mountain bikes, running dogs, steep terrain, creeks & lakes,  brightly colored hikers, stepping over fallen trees, etc.  Influenced took the lead with no hesitation, or was happy to follow behind. She doesn't care if the other horses run off from her, she will just stand quietly; or ride her off from the crowd and she is willing to go.  She is sweet natured and gentle around other horses, you would never know she is a mare.   To top it off she has a completely amazing top notch pedigree.  She is by 5x TWHBEA Sire of the Year Jose Jose (whose stud fee was $5000) and out of a direct Pusher mare.  This Jose x Pusher cross yields the best mares in the industry.  Her second dam is by Command Performance (sire of Ritz) another well known mare producer.  Her 3rd dam is by Ebony Masterpiece, yet another mare producer, and 4th dam by Merry Boy.   This is an awesome mix of old and new blood and should make a top notch broodmare.  SOLD!!! Congratulations to Joe in Ohio on the purchase of this outstanding young mare!!!   Thank You!!!

Lady Of The Storm      SOLD!!!!!

Lady of the Storm  aka "Stormy" is a coming 3 year old,  15.2 1/2, strawberry roan filly with a blaze and mixed mane & tail.  She should mature 16h or better as she is already over 15.2 flat shod.  Stormy is a friendly, people oriented filly who will meet you at the stall door or the paddock gate.  She is easy to handle, good in the crossties, stands quiet tied to the trailer, easy to clip, bathe, and shoe.  She will stand to mount and dismount.  Stormy loads & hauls well, and isn't too excited by new surroundings.  She has a good walking gait and can walk & shake her head for those interested in doing a little showing.  We have been trail riding Stormy this summer/fall and she will lead, follow, ride middle, cross creeks, navigate hills, see wild game, running dogs, brightly colored hikers, mountain bikes, and ride with 4 wheelers all with a level head.  Even on her first big ride, she took the lead when some of the seasoned horses balked at things.   She would be suitable for most any rider even juveniles or beginners, she is not too motored but isn't a total dead head.  On the trails, she is willing and steady, will stand quietly at resting places, and will ride quietly at a walk or pick it up to a nice comfortable gait.  If you want a safe horse for guests or your kids, she is happy to just walk along in line without hardly any guidance.  Stormy is not at all mareish, she never squeals or fusses, even if other horses bump or rub on her.  She doesn't have to be ridden all the time to be consistent - ride her every day or once a month and she is the same horse.    She is a long legged, long necked beautiful filly with a more refined build and nice conformation.   She has good bloodlines being out of a Pride's Stormy Night stallion and out of a Pusher's Bustin Loose mare.  SOLD!!!  Stormy has been SOLD and is going to be hitting the trails in nearby Taylorsville, Congratulations Kim - Thank You!!!!!

Palin On Parole        #20824225   (WGC Out On Parole x Gen's Spiderwoman)   SOLD!!!

she could care less about the kids jumping and splashing around her....

"Scarlett" is a 15.2+h (and growing!) gorgeous liver chestnut, 2 year old filly.  If you like one that will climb in your back pocket and be your best friend, Scarlett is the one for you... she LOVES people, attention, and can't seem to get enough.  She will come RUNNING from anywhere in a 100 acre field when you call.  She has a great smooth head shaking, walking gait barefoot - she doesn't need any special shoeing or gimmicks to make her walk.  She is gentle natured with a great attitude and willing disposition.  Scarlett has been trail ridden alone and with other horses equally successfully.  She will go in the front, back, middle, and never care.  She crosses water (heck, you can't hardly get her out of the creeks!)  navigates steep and rough terrain well, is calm & safe around traffic, doesn't mind children, dogs, or commotion running around her. Scarlett is not spooky and handles new situations with a level head.  She would be ideal for an advanced beginner as she is easy to handle, groom, tack, clip, load & haul, bathe, mount, ride, etc... good brakes, will walk quietly or step up into a running walk with a cluck or a light squeeze.  Scarlett is a very well bred filly, great potential for a future broodmare.  She is by WGC Out On Parole and out of a top show mare Gen's Spiderwoman.  Spiderwoman is by WGC Gen's Armed & Dangerous and out of one of our (now deceased) broodmares Webbette who was by WGC Delight of Pride.     Scarlett has been placed SOLD and is going to her new home in Maryland!

Buster is well broke, handsome, 15.3h, 10 yr old black gelding,  suitable for a beginner or timid rider, he's a been there, done that kind of horse with a smooth consistent gait.  Hundreds & hundreds of miles on the trails, including game preserves, Smoky Mountains, and LBL.  Ridden by an older woman for many years, safe for anyone, doesn't have to be ridden regularly - will always be the same horse, good brakes - just say "whoa".  Great manners on the ground and in the saddle, friendly, gets along with other horses well.  Lead the pack, ride the middle, or follow up the gang - just point & shoot, he'll follow his nose.   Doesn't care if the other horses bounce off him or run off, he has been the "babysitter" for green and/or young horses.  Buster is just an honest straightforward BROKE horse to enjoy!!!  He is only offered for sale due to his owners husband being deployed in the military, she can't spend the time with him that he deserves.   Buster is available for $2000 (may be slightly negotiable)

Eagle's Talon       Reg. #20800051     SOLD!!!!

"Rusty" is a 15.2 1/2h, 2 year old sorrel gelding.  He is by THWBEA Sire of the Year WC Our American Eagle and out of a Back In Command mare.  Rusty is going to a big boy... he's already over 15.2 and should mature close to 16h if not taller.  He has a great stylish way of going with his head up and looking through the bridle and a smooth deep walking gait.   He is keg shod and smooth whether he is slow or fast with more of a racking/trail type gait that trail riders prefer, no big camel walk!   Rusty is easy in the mouth and rides on a light rein, stops easily, and doesn't pull on his rider.  He has a great mind and isn't spooky.  He does have a cocky/snorty way of going but is completely under control, very laid back to ride.  Rusty has been out on the trails this summer and most recently spent 4th of July Weekend logging many, many hours (and miles!) on the trails in Eastern KY.  We have had to navigate places no horse should have to go, climb rock bluffs, steep slippery terrain, thick woods, up and down the sides of mountains, and crossing creeks.  He proved himself to be a reliable mouth that never offered to spook the first time.  I wouldn't hesitate to put an inexperienced rider on him, he'll be trustworthy on the trails.   Rusty has good manners and will stand well in the crossties for grooming and tacking, stands well for mounting, bathes, etc.  This friendly guy likes people and will come right up to you in the pasture.  He gets along with others and is more of an underdog, not at all aggressive, he's a lover not a fighter!  He has always been in the best of health, UTD on all vaccinations and worming, and has always had the best care and nutrition.   SOLD!!!!   Rusty has been SOLD and is going to live in Western KY with Randy & Karen!!   Congratulations!!
